Rea Christina Franjetic is the owner of Cosmopolitan Adventure Tours.

I pride myself on offering my clients a personal touch by using my international contacts and multi-lingual skills to make your vacation a memorable and unique one. You benefit from my deep interest in local cultures as you are welcomed by indigenous peoples with a hospitality long remembered and a deep understanding of the ecology you visit. I take special care to personally design your vacation delicately balancing luxury and local explorations. Due to our personal knowledge, our clients have the distinct advantage of being welcomed by special guides and local tour operators not readily available to most tourists.

I am the president of ‘The San Francisco Travel Professionals,’ Associate Board Member of the SATA (South America Travel Association), and, as an avid photographer, I present photo shows and travel seminars all over the world. I am a Destination Specialist in too many countries to list.

I was born in Croatia, grew up in South America and graduated in History from UC Berkeley before I moved to Marin County in 1982.

I am a native of Argentina where I graduated with a BA in Tourism from University of Salvador in Buenos Aires and a degree in French Language from Alliance Francaise. I traveled extensively in Europe as well as South America and then worked for Canadian Airlines, Maritz Travel Company, Incentive Travel Division in Mill Valley, and AAA Travel as a Leisure Senior Travel Consultant in San Rafael. One of my goals is to be able to share the culture of my beautiful country with as many people as possible.  I look forward to have the opportunity to share it with my clients.
